OWS - How to Help Out

OccupyFaithNYC Support of protestors in Zuccotti Park!

No doubt the list will continue to evolve, but here's what they're looking for right now:
- Physical space to house people - even if you're not close to Zuccotti Park, let us know what you have available and what you can sustain (and whether or not you would need staff/volunteer help to sustain it).
- Physical space for storage (food, materials, etc. - on this one, closer is better)
- Kitchen space (preferably industrial) to help cook meals
- Laundry help
- Shower facilities (even if you're not close, it's nice to know there are options people could travel to in shifts)
- Buses/Vans (with or without Drivers)
- Volunteers from your communities: off-site cooking, food "infrastructure," drivers (even bus drivers) to transport food, "housing" staff potentially people back and forth from sleeping sights, admin for all of the above.
- Potential Ideas for all of the above. Who do you know? Who can you reach out to to help?
NOTE: offering space (for housing, kitchens, etc.) does not necessarily commit you to the management of the space. We realize this is often the most difficult part, so if you are not able, we can provide staffing to help you.
