Our New Siddur
Kolot Chayeinu has decided on a new siddur!!
After years of exploration while using increasingly decrepit paper copies, we will now have a beautiful new prayerbook for our Shabbat and holiday services: Kol HaNeshama, the siddur of the Reconstructionist movement. This new siddur includes traditional prayers in Hebrew, transliterated Hebrew and English; wonderful commentaries and Jewish teachings; poetry and song. We will begin using it in the Fall 2011 with the start of the 5772 Congregational Year. And we are still dreaming: Someday we hope to own a new mahzor for the High HolyDays.
